Website terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. Any licence to receive alerts is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
What this site is
This site describes a business-to-business licensing arrangement for tipsters and content creators. It is not a tipping service, a betting service, or an invitation to gamble, and nothing on it is financial, investment or betting advice. The examples shown (prices, alerts, the scanner animation) are illustrations of how the product works — they are not live data and not a claim about past or future performance.
Age
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over, and for people acting in a business capacity. Betting involves a risk of loss.
No offer
Information on this site, including indicative commercial terms, is provided for discussion and does not form an offer capable of acceptance. A licence exists only once a written agreement has been signed by both parties, and the terms of that agreement take priority over anything here.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the name and logo of The Overlay Network, and the software and methodology behind the alerts belong to us. You may view the site for your own information; you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content, name or branding without written permission.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links
This site may link to third-party sites, including bookmakers and payment platforms. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
